Thermostop (TSC) is the latest in innovation when it comes to Venetian blinds, a performance slat which has the power to increase thermal resistance in winter and decrease the inside heat transfer in summer, promoting energy efficiency.
How does it work?
On the concave side of the slat, there is a special coating which has a ‘brushed steel’ type effect. This chemically pre-treated coating gives emissions of heat radiation three times lower than a standard painted slat.
By simply tilting the slats so that the Thermostop coating faces inwards, heat loss is minimised during winter, in summer the slats can be reversed so that the amount of heat coming into the room is reduced - ultimately keeping your room cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
The standard slat selector and fan slat selector are both easy to use products perfect for flicking through to find that perfect slat, and are easy to hold up against the window.
To complement the collection, Eclipse offers a variety of systems for Venetian slat. For a sleek and modern finish, the Senses Venetian system makes for an excellent option to co-ordinate with Senses Roller, Vertical and Pleated. The INTU system offers an innovative and flexible design which is easy to operate, with no hanging cords or loops.
