As part of Customer Service Week at Eclipse week at Eclipse we asked you, our customers, for some feedback about what you thought about Eclipse.
We have been working a lot on customer improvement projects over the past year and it is great to see that all the work we have been addressing has reflected on the results.
Right First Time – In 2022 our score was 65.3% and in 2023 we scored 81.4% which means we are getting it right first time, making it easier to do
